A poster from This Good World has been displayed on our dining room shelf since it surprised us at home last month.
As it promises by mission, This Good World has produced a piece that emanates Good Vibes; it’s so vibrant and cheery that it proven hard for me to photograph it, the contrast so vivid when met by my amateur photographer skills that it’s like looking directly into the sun, and has me feeling around for my sunglasses. But you know how much I love a pop of orange in a room, and you can see for yourself how fantastic it looks set on the shelf beside our overflowing orange planter – there was no saying no to this gift from Lisa and Gavin, it makes our day. Even the photography crew that was here a few weeks ago agreed that it was a great fit for our space, and while it’s not yet framed, I hope, hope, hope it’ll be chosen as a feature in a very special publication one of these days.
Fans of Merrypad, I’ve never been one to create gift guides, but after living with this print for so many weeks, I thought it was worth putting it out there as a great holiday gift option (or for yourself, as in the words of one very catchy Target commercial, “One for you and one for me-heee, you, you, you, you, you, and one for meeee”).
