True Story: As you read this, we’re en route to Arizona for a two-day event sponsored by Black & Decker. It’s 5AM in the Rochester Airport, and we’re pretty excited about escaping away to let some hot, hot sunshine penetrate our pasty March skin. Power tool and sunshine-anticipating happiness aside, why doesn’t Dunkin’ open before the flights start boarding?
The next few days promise heat rays closer to my natural body temperature and the opportunity to wear fewer than 14 layers of clothes. Nevermind that it’s been remarkably warm in New York the last few weeks, I even packed a pair of sandals, and that right there makes me happy. We’re always eager and grateful for the opportunity to get our learn on and travel a bit for our respective blogs, and we’ve never had an opportunity to travel together for something like this, which really helped to make the early morning wake-up call easier; hopefully today’s flight across the country is easier too. We’re especially to learn about new products and maybe get our hands dirty, who knows. We are marketing people, after all.
We’ll both be socializin’ from the event, so if you don’t follow us on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, here are some details for you:
Tomorrow I’ll pop in with a DIY Network update, and I finished up another project just last night, so hopefully I’ll get a chance to share that with you on Friday! Till then, y’all.
